OK that would be pretty gruesome, but yes a consequence of actions. I would be ok if games didn't go the murder route, things can get pretty spicy without a chainsaw. The other point missed by the way NTR seems to flow in games is the FMC tends to be pretty brain dead and turn into cumsluts, I tend to believe chicks have brains, sometimes agency and intelligence. I have never seen a single game that actually portrays them with brains after getting dicked. NTR for an actual purpose, responses that have smarts...never. Once its out, guy accepts it, then its a parade of dicks - boring.

I does get rather repetitive with the same repeated tropes, I've lost count where it's a black bull, the cuck is meek and submissive and the girl someone abandons everything for a dick that somehow is more amazing than anything else in life.

Maybe this is proper to make this type of games. Phone only games are for story viewed from afar. Long distance story. So to the story to be made this way, the protagonist can't participate in the action.
The only stories I can think about tha can work this way is about cucking, conversations of close people sharing experiences or blackmailling people / hacking other people phones.
There is another type of this games but they cheat by making the protagonist be the center of the action but, to us to know what she is doing offline, they make the caracter writes what they did on the phone (like Slut Phone).

This is NTR in a nutshell sadly that and the FMC normally has a friend that talks them into cheating for no reason or something along those lines

I finally found the 'faithful' one. Had a choice hiccup in the old saves.
