It stopped working in Android (it worked a few days ago). In the log file in Android/data/androidadult.com.stealingamonstergirlharem there is this message:

I think I solved the problem in Android. First I deleted all the files in the saves subdirectory. Then, in the splash screen I repeatedly tapped the screen and it worked!

To make the Windows version work. Hold the shift key and double click the executable. Don't release the shift until a configuration menu apppears. Change the renderer mode (instead of automatic glsomething, I don’t remember. I don’t have the computer in front of me). Exit. Start the game again and it will work.

So Miel added a disableing Piss Button? (yawn Piss. Not my kink but especially in 2D that's not a dealbreaker)
Why don't they add an disable pregnancy Button as well? (blewn up sexy women bodies to formless blobs IS a dealbreaker)

Windows users, if you use the Torrent uploaded on Page 2: https://f95zone.to/threads/stealing-a-monster-girl-harem-final-miel.99278/post-6910903 (huge credits to KryanBR) you won't get any errors when starting the game. Haven't actually played yet so can't confirm/deny whether or not there may be errors mid-game, but start-up at the very least works fine. If you don't have a Torrent Packer I recommend qBittorrent but any should work fine.
