Problem is VPN also banned in my country. Cant use it for any app.. (Can use it only on browsers illegally)

Nah, they just need to flip the switch/upload it and it will be in your library, then under things you own and you can download it. It will be the same with all versions here on out, you own the game and will get all updates here on out.
You might even get a Steam key with it, a lot of Itch.io purchases comes with Steam keys.

It works well on MAC and it is one-time-purchase, so once you buy it you will get access to future updates.

when the update is already in the steam, I've been sitting on pins and needles all day waiting for the game to update and disappear for 1 year, go headlong playing the game
