UPDATE 5.0 or 6.0 - EXTRA IDEAS
I know every future idea depends on the previous update. But I would like to hear from the community.
What do you think about Rylei inviting her neighbors (Elijah and Richard) over to watch a movie? Imagine Rylei on the couch next to her husband being indecently touched by Elijah without anyone noticing.
Or while she was in the kitchen she could show herself to Richard (Voyeurism). Foxied could approach a third-person view (while everyone is watching the film, in the background, there could be a view of Rylei teasing Richard).
There would be no need for fluid animations. Can just be still images.
Maybe with 10 images this mini story could be made.
However, I feel sad for Mike, he doesn't know anything. He is the innocent in the story. However, as much as I hate to admit it, it is precisely his innocence in the midst of corruption that makes the narrative interesting.

I said it before but I want to say it again. I think any kind of social media would be really good at this game, since I feel my message got unseen I want to repeat it. Characters tweeting (or posting whatever you want to call it) about their hobbies, personal interests or daily notes. So we can know characters better maybe?

Dude has already admitted that he's interested in playing the 'cuck' in a very blatant way, so why can't he witness her being naughty and see for himself how good she is at teasing the guys? Then they have some nice makeup sex afterwards where he's even harder than usual. Make him question if she's 'unfaithful' with other guys but leave it unanswered for the time being so his fantasy drives him crazy with lust. Maybe he starts spying on her. It bothers me that having such path, people make the husband a retard or a pussy in other games, he should be perverted by his wife action, make him a cuck or a swinger, or if people like so much that he doesnt knows anything, it could be a good idea to make him sees the wife having sex with her lovers but without knowing that she is his wife, and then make him fuck her too without knowing, and feeling guilty because he "cheat".
In other words dont waste the character.
I might be wrong because it's been a long time since i haven't played the game but in my playthrough Mike didn't tell her that he is a cuck, i lied to him all the way through and he doesn't know anything (yet). I am not really into the cuckolding unless i do it myself (netori).
I totally agree with your statement : "Just don't turn him into a doormat". Yet, when i went on the cuck path, i felt that he was more of a pathetic doormat rather than a pervert. Had to go back because i didn't really like how it was written.

This view is interesting. I remember that in "Lily of the Valley" this happened. Lily's husband for much of the game was unaware that his wife was unfaithful. He just suspected it, but didn't have enough evidence to prove it. He even has sex with his wife, however, she is masked. He didn't know he was having sex with his own wife, however, in his mind he thought he had actually cheated on her.
Another thing, in a future update, when Rylei is more corrupted, it would even be cool for her to participate in a fantasy party where people had sex with each other without knowing who was who. Just like the movie "Eyes Wide Shut" by Tom Cruise.
But I think it's too diabolical. It seems very profane for the reality of "Steps of Debauchery".
