Has anybody figured out how to get this to run smoothly on joiplay yet?

I'm a year late so I'm sorry if you don't care about this anymore and I'm bothering you, but for anyone else who comes across this issue:
Go to Joiplay settings, scroll down to RPG settings, and turn on 'Path Cache' (Index all files with lowercase paths.) This fixed the stuttering when taking damage for me.

I also got this patch but cannot confirm whether or not it was necessary. If the above doesn't work, try getting it too, I guess.

I did some experimenting to figure out how to trigger the various routes.

• If you end the game a virgin, or take Mare's route where you allow her to leave, you get the ending where you become King.
• You can enter Mare's route by inviting her to your room, and losing your virginity to her. Cumming outside of her does not shift the route. This will spawn Mumu. If you let Mare leave, you get the King ending; otherwise, you get an ending where you're enslaved by Mare and Mumu.
• When you lose your virginity (and "die"), you gain a special achievement item that lasts the rest of the playthrough. Losing to Honey and choosing to return is the only way to get Prin to spawn.
• If you retain your virginity (aka don't cum inside them), but lose against one of the four schoolgirls, you will be allowed to escape. To do this, choose Resist when you're about to lose your HP for the first time in a fight.
