Of course, there is a lot of affection between them, and his sister teased him a few times, such as their conversation on phone messenger when he offered her to have a pizza and she responded with something like, “You're going on a date with a girl like me and all you can do is invite me for pizza?" But I don't see the slightest hint of any sexual relationship between them, it's only affection and love between brother and sister. I have a strong suspicion that this game makes heavy use of AI. The soundtrack is very obviously a jumbled MIDI mess and the character writing had lost consistency after the first release already. Haven't looked at the script, but I imagine ChatGPT is relatively good at python.
