Siding with Alexa seems really weird considering she's responsible for what happened to Natasha and it's made out to be such a big deal and possibly attempted murder. But I still appreciate all the choices and possibilities. They seem very intricate and it's great fun (even though I can't bring myself to try out a run with Alexa friendship above 0, because Natasha, Lillian and Rosie are just too likeable and fundamentally opposed to her). She is being detestable, bordering on monstrous, but it's impossible to hate her. She desperately needs help, as unwilling as she is to receive it. I couldn't in good conscience not side with Ivan, and hence couldn't support her, but someone should.
In the team allegiance choice screen it says: "Will you follow her draconian regime without question, or attempt to make her see the error of her ways and try to help her return to her former self?" This seems like such a deep choice. As you said, she desperately needs help. But what if helping her is only possible, if you choose the seemingly evil path of joining the team of violent bullies? And you'd have to choose this path despite disagreeing with and antagonizing Alexa every chance you get. Like what if the game is secretly keeping track of negative friendship points and somehow turns them positive depending on a convoluted set of choices.
Ezykeyal, you're promising a lot here imo and if you manage to pull of whatever you're planning, this is going to be a masterclass in choice based gameplay.
