For me it was first time, but it was because I wasn´t getting anywhere after about 10-12 of Kate´s visits. I figured it might be the same as the older step sister where you have to go back to go forward. It gets you a different scene where she helps you out and it is repeatable.

I read that there is a scene where the step sisters argue but I can´t get that to trigger so I think I am not at the end with Alexa. The best I can get with Lauren is peeping on her in the bathroom.
Alexa: Some selfie scenes where she takes some lewd photos of her and MC in her room.
Lauren: Can now talk about sexual things in confession, but no lewd scenes or anything. Supposedly, MC can peek on her in the bathroom at a specific time of day, but the bathroom door was always locked when I tried.

While i agree on most what you stated there.
Long list of crap follows that isn't part of what's unrealistic.
Even though Jill protested out of obvious fetish, Leaders in pretencious BS and other list's of criminal-acts.

Excuse me but I'm really having trouble understanding these parts.
Well, saying Ren is not entirely innocent is a little weird, because the fact you can molest her again and again is a part of the gameplay (sandbox game, repeatable events) and not about Ren's character. Otherwise, the dev would have had to find another way to be close to her after the first rape attempt.
For the rest, I am also curious to know where it will lead. Despite what I said ealier, the game still have a lot of appreciable things that I just didn't mention.
