Talking about interest topic is the cheapest way to increase the relation of girls toward you (it can range from enemy to best friend).
Every girl has different interests, you should talk about them regularly to increase relation. It doesn't cost time or energy to you, but it DOES increase the stat. You chan check it from the phone or if you prefer you can hover on a girl when you see her in any location. It will show you a small window listing name, relation level and sexual attraction level. Try and you'll see it changes over time if you spend enough effort to talk with them.
Another way to increase relation is chat (some options, generally asking "How are you") or giving money as a gift (only with mom and sisters)
In this game options available change according with the relationship stats, so you should try to talk and interact with the same character at different times and different levels of relationship to see if it unlocks some new option/scene.
Sex attraction increases when you interact with the girls (you can often repeat the scene up to the point where it gives you no more bonus). Higher sexual attraction enables other scenes.
The color in the talk/chat/request menus has no meaning, only the text matters.
An other advice, use the phone under "my status" to check the conflict stat of you and your 3 family members. If conflict between any of you is too high, switch rooms or you risk game over. Double sized bed in you room gives you access to new scenes (you can ask for it from the motel manager) but increases conflict with your roommate faster. Btw, making gifts of money decreases conflict as well

can someone please confirm if the motel goons task can be completed? i already had the goons arrested and i already talked with the motel manager about it, but the task still says to notify the manager about the goons being arrested, thanks
If you don't use this mechanics, you can't unlock events with Bank Manager, Lawyer, etc.
You can't see their opinion raising when you do it but if you check before and after speeking them, you can see the difference ( ex: before neutral, after good )

Yes, you are right, there is a bug there. The task doesn't finish. It will be fixed

You can't unlock the bathroom door, you can only buy it from hotel manager. Bathroom door is 50$ per night. Both you're room and other room. You can buy adult channels 30$ per night and change the bed.

Can't speak for the other user, but for my first save the stepmom never spawned. Like I met one stepsister, then the other, they invited me to join them on the weekends but because the stepmom never spawned in the cafe with them, I couldn't join them. She was also missing from the character list in the phone. Had to restart the entire game.
Did you have the event with meeting her in front of her house or did the mall events start without it?

The problems started at that level of sexual attachment, when shared shower, porn, masturbation and even protected sex do not increase anything (sexualy charmed). There is either only one option at all, like an event in the pool with mother, available once a week, or I don't see any options at all. That is, at first albeit slow, but progress, and then rehearsal grinding and a complete lack of understanding of what to do next. For example, what options are there to promote your relationship with Jill? And what about the motel manager's quest with goons?
PS. Step-family weekend cafe event didnt work, always failed even im stay here from 12 to 15. Dinner table in cafe inactive.

The problem that I see with this game is the extreme grinding that it has.
The character models are great and at least you just have to keep an eye out for stamina (not dozens of bars like drinking, eating, sleeping, grooming, etc).
But I'm not entirely convinced by the grinding.

I think there's a glitch on my game. The Motel Manager task is still there even though I've already told her and I have the blowjob option but it's not in possibilities
