so there is this rare RNG based scene that can occur when the motel manager gives you a blowjob, namely someone can catch you in the act. My question is, how rare is this and who can actualy catch you ( have seen a message of Jill and Lisa but not sure if this is true/ if they are the only ones)

does anyone know? or anyone have any advice on how to make this trigger?

I completely agree. But I set myself a goal of unlocking all the content without cheats in 20 weeks. And Sam's scenes turned out to be the main problem.
And of course the energy. Damn it.
