Cannot sneak in at all any more. She catches MC 100% of the time. Previously, you could let her catch MC, then just immediately sneak in again and it would usually work, but not anymore. Even when skipping several days.
I manage to get Lauren Cunni scene after loading and old save . I think there is a conflict if you select the option Hide. That prevent from repeating the scene. Here is the save for those who want to see the scene. The only thing i cant get anymore is to sleep in her room after getting the cunni scene.

I have downloaded V36.1, but non of new events from V36.0 can be triggered.. tried all possible ways from comment section, but no luck

That's because your save from the middle of event. Finish it, save again and load the game. And try not to use that kind of saves between versions it can cause a lot of more severe problems.

Sorry i dont get you. What do you mean by "middle of event"? I believed I have completed everything in previous patch, so per my understanding, should not be issue when i reload it in new patch right? or did i messed up with something?
"middle of event" means you saved in the middle of a sex scene or something similar.
It is a bug/deficiency in the game, but I assume not an easy fix. The game should either not allow players to save when the game isn't at a valid save point -or- it should save the state of the most recent valid save point instead of the current state of the game.
I decompiled the game to figure out what's wrong with the Neighbor Mom (Lauren) bottomless prayer room scene.
You need to sneak into the house to peek at Lauren at 23:00.
It turns out that if the cheerleader is your girlfriend, the chance of peeking instead of getting caught drops down to 40%.
Once you get caught peeking (which you need to do multiple times to progress the scene), the chance drops down to 20%.
If you got previously got caught peeking at Neighbor mom in the bath, the chance drops to 0%. You get completely locked out of the scene.
To fix, this run
NeighMom.BathPeep=0; NeighMom.BathHelpedHide=0;
in the console to get the 20% chance back.
