1) Work at diner and give judge key to extra room.
2) on same day go to police station and wait for cop to give ride at end of day.
3) If it works there should be some dialog and when you enter room with cop the judge will be there.
4) Enjoy.

The car wash stuff was extra options while watching her, I think Sunday and Monday mornings.
