One of the odd things with Mary is sometimes you have to go backwards and select drained training options, I think often "flirt" to move onto new ones like fucking.

For the next one: the key is you must wake up together with her when she is topless.
"wake up together" here means she wakes you up when you're sleeping together with her; so don't wake up earlier than her.
edit: keep doing that, for the couple of times she will be mad at you, until you given the option to mess her clothes with alcohol and eventually she will understand, and you will get the other next step.
Don't forget to always keep her opinion high or max (talk about interest)

As of right now (v0.41.x) it's just for talking variable. e.g. if you talk about your family with your grandma, etc.
I tried again, after night or school, or giving her key, the option rest&sleep give: You aren't alone here. You can't go to sleep right now.
Is there something missing ?

Aah sorry I missed that from your list screenshot.
For you to sleep together with her is you must drunk drive her to the motel at least 3 times. So after you undress her, when you try to lay her to sleep, she will grab you to sleep together with her.

1. You must do the event that Lil or Jill sleeping right next both of you and Lisa while fucking; at least 2 times for either Lil or Jill
2. You don't have to do the event from step 1 above, but you will depends on RNG to trigger the foursome.
