Have you seen who lives there yet? You have to fool around by the side of the house with Lauren until you see the two grandmothers leaving the house across the road, then you'll be able to go visit them and get the key as per the first reply to your post.

Guys I got a new phone (android) and all of my saves are wiped. Is there any save file I can have so I don't have to play from the beginning ? Much appreciated
