Once you've "met" the masked spray painter (go to Downtown/Residential/Admin areas between 2200 and 0300(?) to start that ) , confront her at the the legal offices and ask about it. Post handy, she'll take your phone (and no, she doesn't wash her hands first.... Other peoples kids) and you'll be able to check when the next event is via the browser.

Skip the family dinner (with the cheat mod you can skip it as much as you want, relationships won't suffer) and head to the Residential District at 7pm. Then everything will happen automatically. Prerequisite: the older sister has found a job and periodically departs with her friend in an unknown direction at 8 pm.

Wait until one of the following days Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday (the days Jill works)
Don't attend the family meal (if you like, get one of the girls to cover for you, so don't lose rep with the whole commune), instead be in residential districts, once meal is over, Mia will drive Jill to the residential district and you will see them enter the building, which is the strip club.

I still have the bug (?) where all preferences are gone, also the already seen events so I have to "skip unseen" or watch everything again at every new start.
Someone has the same problem?
Is there a solution, I tried 'search' but didnt find anythinh helpfull

If your preferences don't save when you exit and re-enter the game, run the game as administrator and hopefully the problem will be solved.

Due to the fact that many of the events in the game are RNG based, a walkthrough will help very little (if at all). The discrepancy between what is described in the walkthrough and what actually happens in the game starts almost immediately, here not a classic walkthrough is necessary, but guides for each character. I have such a document, but it covers events up to version 0.54, and in addition written in Russian.
