You probably want to start doing this as it leads to the teacher watching you have sex, with and without a condom, and a threesome with your teacher, Holy mother, and you. It is also required for you to have sex with the teacher, and another threesome with you, the teacher, and Lily.
If I'm understanding this correctly, it's simply acknowledging that your "Holy mother" no longer thinks there is a point to attending the therapy sessions with the lit teacher now that you're regularly having sex, so she doesn't expect you to schedule them; it's no longer a recurring task. You should still be able to schedule them if you want to, though (if you're trying to get that threesome, for example). Lisa just won't get mad any more if you don't.

genuinely like the game and especially the characters. Though I believe the grind is a bit unnecessary and you need to basically spam the casino at beginning so that you don't waste too much time doing the dinner job. Also I think since there is so much content I think some better in-game help (maybe just tips) would help the game flow better. The main problem right now is that you are often guessing how to progress with certain characters. people will lose interest if they feel that it takes to much time to figure out how to progress.

Aw that sucks, I don't know how I missed it, I always go to school and always speak with the Lit teacher but always had the same options, ask for help in the Library which she always refuses and Discuss Interests.
At least someone else told me that I still can schedule such sessions I guess at some point it will appear.
