Yes, to the random event, but I'm unsure when she was added. She is the wife/co-owner of the diner along with her husband (The guy that hires you). The event pops up on one of the times you are working there.
How do I get mia to sleep with jill and MC? according to the guide, I completed jill's training route and mia's girlfriend route. The option to peek at up skirts in the kitchen isn't random, but it shares the same convoluted checks as the argument, so if you can do that, you're 95% there.
The argument:

On a side note, "Diya's another job" is a hilarious typo to me. Mainly because I'm easy to please, but also because it's a response in relation to getting someone a job at a school. It doesn't speak well of the Lit Teachers ability to teach or the MC's ability to learn given, in some cases, he's been in that class for years. It makes one question why Keshav would want to get his wife a job at that particular school given the obvious performance issues. It is possible I've fixated and thought too much about that. Maybe. Probably not.
