Yes, to the random event, but I'm unsure when she was added. She is the wife/co-owner of the diner along with her husband (The guy that hires you). The event pops up on one of the times you are working there.
How do I get mia to sleep with jill and MC? according to the guide, I completed jill's training route and mia's girlfriend route. The option to peek at up skirts in the kitchen isn't random, but it shares the same convoluted checks as the argument, so if you can do that, you're 95% there.
The argument:
If it's the first time, there's a 22% random chance that'll happen. If you've seen it already, then it can only occur 40 hours after the last on if you haven't succeeded in talking to the principal. To succeed, you need greater than 20 opinion greater than 10 allure with the principal. Note the dialogue changes the first 3 times you've seen the argument.
As of right now, the path ends with you telling her husband she's got the job, by choosing "Diya's another job" when talking to him.
On a side note, "Diya's another job" is a hilarious typo to me. Mainly because I'm easy to please, but also because it's a response in relation to getting someone a job at a school. It doesn't speak well of the Lit Teachers ability to teach or the MC's ability to learn given, in some cases, he's been in that class for years. It makes one question why Keshav would want to get his wife a job at that particular school given the obvious performance issues. It is possible I've fixated and thought too much about that. Maybe. Probably not.

Mary and Alexa:
Must have condomless sex with each, then leave them alone and wait. It is a minor event. A better group event is drinking with stepmom in the evenings. She will call in the girl to have sex with you.
Lauren and Brigitte:
- Play video games until you can play with Brigitte, then have dinner. She will announce at dinner that she is your girlfriend

Hey guys again, im at a standstill with the second family. The interface tells me that things need to happen at home, specifically in my room, with Mary and Alexa, but when they do nothing happens,and they've done it several times, I've managed to sleep with Lauren and Brigitte, but I can't sleep with Lauren during confession, now I can confess to Lauren in the second family's room, but I can't find a way to move forward with her there, I also have problems with the hotel maid, I already managed to get her to be my girlfriend but I can't have sex with her, thanks in advance community.

She is a pain as it is a random event requiring you to do it multiple times.

I think the problem is that I haven't been able to have sex with either Mary or Alexa.
