What has the dev planned for the game's future? I saw a post on his SS page he wanted to wrap it up, is he planning new game with better graphics Or continuing this game forever?

On the author's Discord he did have a potential NTR prototype, but there hasn't been any news about it for a long time.
NTR is quite a polarising topic in AVNs, some people love it, some people loathe it, other are okay with it depending on the type. My personal feeling is that "most people" are okay with sharing their girl with another girl, particularly if you are allowed to join in and make it a threesome. People seem to be a lot less keen on real cheating and/or being cucked out (although there are plenty of people who like that too, and if you do, more power to you). Personally it doesn't do a great deal for me, but I don't hate it.
Graphically, I think what you have (in the current game) is about as good as you are going to get, you might get incremental improvements, if models are updated from one version to another, or the creator improves their skill at posing, or if they can afford better hardware which make rendering scenes quicker.
Of course sometimes someone will play a blinder and pull something out of left field, one creator (Novel) made a game called Void's calling, it was pretty basic stuff, maybe even a little on the primitive side, but now they are making Boundaries of Morality, which is visually stunning by comparison, so we will have to wait and see.

Game was updated last week to 0.62 on the dev's Subscribestar page. Will eventually be updated here too.
Last update before that was in May, I believe (granted, only a bugfix, i.e. 0.61.2)

Stuck on Victoria, can't Progress Ren,Deceive and Judge because of This, What a Dumb way to Sofl Lock the Game, I can't get the Option of Cunnilingus for Victoria only Handjob and Footjob, Nothing increases Sexual Tension anymore, Yet the game Says I can Still increase Sexual Tension in the Office on the Weekends, Can Anyone Explain if I they Expirence the Same or Similar Issue, it would help alot.

A couple of people have had the same complaint. I never had that issue myself. Some have tied it to the Professional stat the Lawyer and Judge have, but again, I never had that problem. I do know that a lot of people will go with hand jobs till foot job opens and then never go backwards. The problem there is foot jobs open after the first hand job, so they never hit the threshold.
The checks in the label are :
office hand job greater than 0.
-Lawyer Opinion is greater than 40
---if not greater than 40, but greater than 20, she get's flagged as clingy.
---If opinion is less than 20, she's just not in the mood.
--If Office cunni hasn't been started and the handjob counter is 3 or higher
---The office cunni flag is set to True and you see it on the menu.

-processing for which option you chose and the clingy stuff.

How do I get the mom to be more okay in front of others? She won't strip when doing yoga in the mornings, and she won't have sex if someone else is next to her in the bed.
I would assume it's the therapy sessions, but those seem to have stalled to just be having the same sex scene in front of the teacher. I'm a little stalled with her.
