How do I get the mom to be more okay in front of others? She won't strip when doing yoga in the mornings, and she won't have sex if someone else is next to her in the bed.

It's a lengthy process. Work both sisters and the mom until you can raw dog all 3 individually. At that point, pick one of the sisters (Lily is the easier one) and make the mom and that girl roommates and make sure that room has a single bed. Don't do anything with those two for 24 hours. At 0100, go to that room and wake them up then ask to join them. You'll get the option to fool around with Mom. The first 3 times, she'll give you a hand job. The 4th time she'll bang you. Repeat that 4 day long process with the other sister.

Once you've banged the mom in front of both sisters, you'll unlock the foursome. Do that by banging Jill when Lilly is at the motel. She'll randomly come in. Repeat 3 times (I swear HRelease has OCD and 3 is their trigger), and you'll be able to have threesomes with both sisters.

Once you've had the threesome, do it again when mom is at the hotel. If you appeased the RNG gods, the mom will interrupt and the girls will do the right thing and bring her into the fold.

Then you go to mom during her exercise routine and ask her to strip. If you've kept her opinion of you above 50, you'lve attained your goal. Good luck.

No one knows for sure.

On the author's Discord he did have a potential NTR prototype, but there hasn't been any news about it for a long time.
NTR is quite a polarising topic in AVNs, some people love it, some people loathe it, other are okay with it depending on the type. My personal feeling is that "most people" are okay with sharing their girl with another girl, particularly if you are allowed to join in and make it a threesome. People seem to be a lot less keen on real cheating and/or being cucked out (although there are plenty of people who like that too, and if you do, more power to you). Personally it doesn't do a great deal for me, but I don't hate it.

Graphically, I think what you have (in the current game) is about as good as you are going to get, you might get incremental improvements, if models are updated from one version to another, or the creator improves their skill at posing, or if they can afford better hardware which make rendering scenes quicker.
Of course sometimes someone will play a blinder and pull something out of left field, one creator (Novel) made a game called Void's calling, it was pretty basic stuff, maybe even a little on the primitive side, but now they are making Boundaries of Morality, which is visually stunning by comparison, so we will have to wait and see.

The animations the dev does here are good, if they had more frames. Like the first 4 some with 'mom' and 'sisters'. How the hips moved and the abdomen flexed were really good, just the loops are very short and there's not many angles.

s alternate cheat mod, is there any version that dont have a giant reset all woman button on the middle top of the screen or a way to hide it? Its very distracting

I wish Devs would make games without a need for them....
