yea i checked by removing the mods and i just can't raise allure unless i use console commands and then after playing for a bit it resets to 100 so i have to keep manually changing it, its annoying do u know a fix?
You can try to put this command in game's console:

You have to be able to bang each of them individually. Then you have to get them to sleep (just sleep) together AND let you join them. At some point, because you'll have to try multiple times, you'll bang each of them, while the other is asleep. Do that until you've banged BOTH of them while the other is sleeping. Have aunt invite mom over and do the clothing thing (always choose Aunt), rebuilding the opinion during the next day. Easier to rebuild the mom than the Aunt. You'll know you're progressing because the Aunt gets VERY frisky and then the Mom joins in. It takes around eight rounds of this. After the last time, you all bang. Don't have sex with or give them an orgasm with you're trying to get them to have a threesome. The time checks are real.

Pay attention to the conflict between persons, it can get high when they stay too long on the same place... workaround is sleeping place rotation.
Bad endings come for a limited number of reasons; conflict and school attendance.
School: The phone task page has your current attendance in the Requirements section. Use the Principle to fix your attendance.
Conflict: The phone Persona Status has the conflict. The room maps will show yesterdays sources of conflict under each layout. Swap roommates at the dinners and remove those issues to reduce the high conflict levels.
Easiest way to avoid bad endings: attend school regularly and rotate rooms regularly. Just pick a day of the week and always rotate on that day, no matter what. It's tempting to stay with one roommate while you're working on her, but Lisa will still be there two weeks from now, and in the meantime there's plenty of other stuff to do.
You'll want to schmooze the principal unit you have the option to fix attendance at school, which will give you a bit more freedom with your schedule.
There is an event where you get to help Lit Teacher move something in front of the desk (a desktop? folding table? can't remember). It'll be quite visible afterward, so you won't forget about it. Once it's there, you'll be able to hide under the desk.
