You have to search for a job (looking on your phone). Do it a few times (3? 5?) and you'll see an ad for a modelling job at the photo studio. Then go and see if it's a reputable studio, and you'll be offered to come back with a model (as her agent)

Seriously, keep talking to the lawyer about the case. Eventually, Victoria will mention the hearings, which will unlock them.
