I've just checked it. Yes, new conditon in v0.62.0 softlocks her anal scene completely. It will be fixed in the next update

Fuck,I mistook Motel restaurant manager for Motel manager,no wonder I never got the new scene I wanted.For Diya's new scene,just attend the art class for at least 4-5 weeks,then you will unlock a so called "Lesson: Flirt" activity for her.
