I think you will need to read the book, If I remember right it will tell you how to change the lotion

(Because jorgelino's patch is of an entire RenPy archive, I think there is an increasing likelihood that using it on versions past 0.4 will miss some script and image changes made by the dev. I could be wrong, but unRen unpackaged a lot from the 0.4 patch besides the load.rpy/rpyc files.)
