All I'll say is that at this point Paige essentially is a horny teenager in terms of her maturity regarding sex (and with a narrative reason). She matures a bit as time goes on, but I'll agree with others that the silly, teasing banter between her and MC is a very consistent component of the game. And Paige remains super horny throughout. So if that's not working for you at all, this game might not be a good fit.
Yes you can't have all scenes in one playthrough.

In the Gallery word, inside A there's a little dot, press it and it will unlock all scenes, but yes, it's due to your choices
Basically play through once, and then play through again and reverse every major choice. That should cover just about everything.

Technically, there is one lewd scene that you only get by completing all of Paige's Puzzles. But it's not impactful beyond that.
