yeah, when the echo's were explained for each i immediately thought of someone on the endurance. but the tit size is all wrong from what we know. it would also make the culprit the mother, pre programing an echo to move MC over so he can start evolving Paige by having a couple years stuck as the sole man on a ship full of women. from what we learned about everything, it is something she would absolutely do. but then that would also mean she probably has a 6th echo she never told MC about one that doesnt look like her. if it wasnt impossible id say MC was an echo. when the echos explained their waking up from a coma with amnesia it sounded like MC being woken up on the ship. thats the problem, too much of that flashback sounds like something or someone we already seen. oh well guess we will find out next year or so

Gigi being an Echo doesn't preclude Ishani also being the culprit. Gigi can be an Echo and doesn't look the same as the others for the reasons I listed. It could be that the Echos are all benign and meant to help support MC and are not part of a Synthstar plot to kidnap him/Paige for nefarious (or maybe not as nefarious as Miranda's) purposes. For the record I'm not convinced all that much that Gigi is an Echo, but it's a fun thought experiment to explore for me. If we can have the shocking Skylar twist in this day's episode that doesn't mean there won't be an equally surprising on on day 21 for Gigi's nature.

why is it impossible? Would you kindly...

i said it wasnt possible becaue i dont think it is, this is based on the mom finally coming fully clean to the MC. she has shared her most advanced technology and gave her evil villain speech, which includes him, her son to take over a planet. using the information we learned there regarding echo's and what we know of the AI, Paige specifcally can not evolve to her max potential without the direct influence of a human. they chose the MC, thus he can not be an echo with paige merged to his brain.

if the dev retcons what we have learned thus far, then there is the possibility that they put his brain into an echo so he can live forever. but then he is just a cyborg with the same body as an echo and not an echo... after all the term echo means echo of Paige and Paige came into self awareness with his support, so then he would be an echo of Paige but Paiges father, making him his granddaddy/child.

oh and MC can impregnate human women, this is known. its nigh impossible for an echo and human to get pregnant together, as echo's are not yet capable of reproducing through sexual intercourse even with each other. that was at least implied that the echos would evolve into a self reproducing species which would lead to the next evolution of man kind. thus i said nigh impossible, cause tiny chance that it was all figured out from the night mommy said go rule the galazxy through fucking my son and waking up less than a decade later on the space ship. i dont think techology without the echo's and Paige would advance that fast. escpecially since everyone important to their advancement is on the ships sleeping.

anyway lots of important no wiggle room based on knowns reason why he cant be. hope i explained my thoughts somewhat coherently. if not, i blame space spore infection of the brian.

i like the game but man do a hand full of characters make it visually difficult to continue. there are just a few that are walking billboards for plastic surgery gone wrong. not to mention the ai again.

You might want just to stop playing altogether, then. None of the characters have gone away, and the models don't change. So you're seeing what you'll get throughout the game.

I'm not that guy, and I've always been fine with the models and the art--but I will say that I felt day 20 had noticeable visual improvements for many of our lovely ladies.

I can't quite describe why, but it felt...smoother? A bit more human?

Anyway, not a dig, just something I noticed.

I've made huge improvements with Daz over the past year, that's basically a huge part of it. If all of SiS looked like Day 20, I’d change my name to titsman69 and have us partying in Macao. Mea culpa.

You have basically 4 things you can do here, not counting using Ren'Py's default options (Save, Load, Quit, etc.):

1. You can click on a brighter green resident over on the right (in this case, Camila) to have a conversation with them.
2. If you've not already done so, you can click on the bottom bar of the lower left chat, which lets you pick a response to the chat (and see the conversation continue from there).
3. You can click one of the icons in the upper left to see that content (the envelope closed and orange like that means there are images you haven't viewed via the gallery; the ? is for seeing more information about anyone on the Endurance, including the MC; and the puzzle is for completing puzzle games by Paige, which will unlock more renders).
4. You can click the red box by "LOG OFF" (roughly the bottom center) to exit the laptop entirely. (IIRC, note that you might have to hover over the red part of that box itself before clicking; hovering over the empty space in the middle of it won't work.)

Nothing currently is happening because you're in laptop mode and need to do one of the above to proceed and/or exit it. If you exit before all chats (on the right side) are finished, you might miss out on some additional renders.

That's always been a glitchy interaction - I'd just skip that Camila convo, I've fixed it like three different ways pending the platform, I'm guessing it needs a specific fix for the phone version.

Well, they were supposed to stay in cryo for another two years, meaning they still have at least that long to go before they reach Elysium. But that was in ideal condition without all the problems they have which include slowing down of Endurance so they might actually take even longer to reach Elysium. Possibly much longer. Meaning whomever is not chosen will not be seen in this game except in flashbacks...

This type of thing is actually why I specifically have two sets of saves: Set 1 = All "A" choices; Set 2 = All "B" choices. With that, I get to see both pairs of women regardless of any other factors.

cb_end means Claire/Beth Endurance - don't read too much into my variable names, they almost never make any sense. Day 21 is the last day of Stranded in Space, anything else about SiS will be a new game.
