I have a question for you. Are you planning to introduce some game mechanics (i.e level of corruption, level of powers for Mark) or choices that can change the story (i.e be gentle, dominant, evil) or will it be a linear story?

Yeah that's the plan. Not sure how much of that will be implemented (since this is my first time making a game in ren'py) but these first two updates were pretty much just the introduction to the power and the overall plot. The game should open up a bit now.

Since Jefferson was the villain of the game, I was hoping he'd be more evil. He's missed some prime groping opportunities.

He's also very careful and methodical. I don't think he would rush in with a raging boner just to grope some tiddies, especially since he just avoided prison. There will be plenty of that later.

I'm planning on something between the two. Don't expect time/money/stats management mechanics because I'm not a fan of those, but the game should open up a bit, now that the prologue is done.


About the whole "no sexual intrigue/sex scenes are too vulgar" discussion;
This is a porn game with story elements, not a novel with sexual elements. The reason I started working on this is because I'm somewhat capable at animating and I love these type of games. While I'll try to make the plot interesting and consistent I also don't want it hindering the porn content itself. Blueballing games are not fun, at least not for me.
And while it's irrelevant when it comes to the final 'product', I'm also not a native english speaker so when I say that writing the dialogue is the hardest part of the dev process, believe me I'm not exaggerating.

I don't get that on my end, but I have an idea what it could be. Sadly I don't think I can do much about that, it's just how ren'py handles video files, the more movement/speed/frames a video has the more it clogs down your system, so I'm guessing the lag is cpu/gpu based.
This is the reason I go with 24fps videos in the first place, higher framerate would straight up murder the system.

Scratch that, managed to fix the video lag. Did some tinkering with formats, and looks like a VP8 Webm performs miles better than a VP9. Same quality, quarter the size, and no lag so I'll be using that from now on. I'll update the files for the public release. Thanks for the heads up!

YES. YES. YES. This is such a breath of fresh air. Almost every fucking game here just rips off the same formula, you know exactly what's gonna happen. Handjob first, then blowjob, etc. It's gotten boring. And 99% of the time the games get cancelled before the main girl will even touch her own pussy.

As for Kate, I think she would have been into being groped. Her religious beliefs won't let her ask for anything, but she can be guilt free if someone "made her" do something. An "awful man" introducing her to "sin" would be hot to her.
