Sorry to be blunt, but bdsm is a heavily variable tag and searching the thread wasn't that helpful.

It's very limited so far. Basically, you join a ninja school and sometimes you do training exercises with the other students (who are conveniently all female lol.) Some of these exercises end in the winning team "interrogating" the losing team. That entails torturing them with a variety of tools. You can strike them, use ice or electric magic on them, sometimes they let you use a dildo on them, and hilariously you can pinch their nose to suffocate them briefly in at least one scene. It's honestly not terrible hardcore though - the headmaster punishment scenes are 500x more intense than this for example, and plenty of folks would say even the headmaster is not that intense as far as BDSM goes.

Personally BDSM is not important or too interesting to me in and of itself, I am just trying to answer your question in sufficient detail.
