I would say it's back to how it was before season 1's last episode. There are both interesting story developments and the nsfw scenes are less rushed than the last few updates imo.

No, I caught unto that part. Ebonheart just made it sound like Lumi was permanently transformed at the end of the chapter.
I just hope we get to have some fun with him in his original loadout in a later update.

There's a bunch of hints but the game doesn't explicitly tell us at any point. We know she's not the succubus because there most likely is no succubus, the same species vibe was a red herring and based off of the MC's assumption that Athena's non-existent succubus daughter was the killer.
We also know from the MC catching Lumi that he's using the potion to sneak into the brothel without being discovered. We know that one of the girls in the room that Hailey and MC investigated was using the same transformation potion that Lumi was using to enter the brothel. We know that the girls using that room are prostitutes so we know Lumi is a prostitute from that. We know that the prostitute recognized the MC and that she was the only one that did.
So Lumi is using the transformation potion to go to the brothel and to work as a prostitute. The only prostitute who should've been able to recognize the MC is Lumi. The one we got to fuck recognized the MC. It's not completely certain but the chances that she isn't Lumi is quite low.

My apologies, I seem to have got the wrong person, apparently confusing the two hooded people we come across in the game, one of whom uses a potion to hide who she is to work at the brothel (the succubus, Babylon I think ?) and the other Lumi disguises himself as a girl to enter the brothel and presumably to have sex with guys and not die from the curse.

Others here, meanwhile, seem to be confusing Babylon the succubus with Mercury the nymph/fury. Some people seem to think that the brothel's succubus is an invention, a red herring designed to distract us from the truth about Mercury. As it turns out, both the succubus and Mercury as fury are real. Nevertheless, the existence of the succubus may indeed have served to maintain the mystery surrounding Mercury for a little while.

The developer kindly clarified this situation, about Lumi, for me in DM. Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah this is my one major gripe if it appears in any H game haha.

Scenes that are specifically about teasing/slowburn are fine, especially in a VN - those serve their own separate purpose.

But when you have a full on sex scene where you don't get to cum, it's like the scene lacks an 'ending'. It just feels incomplete and a loss of potential - like the scene was 99% of the way there and then just cut off for some reason.
