Yes, as always, the percentage report refers only to the readiness of Chapter 3 of Season 2, not the entire season. This was also the case with Flynn, and the new developers will follow the same system: one update = one episode.
A new version is already on the way, but this time from other developers. Unfortunately, Flynn has left the project for good, though he passed on some of his work and plot outlines to the new team. So, wait for Chapter 3 to come out soon—but I’d also recommend holding out for Chapter 4, since that’s when many of the visual changes will come into effect, and you’ll really be able to tell whether you like the new vision of the game or not.
How could you possibly expect devs to release what would normally take years in just a couple of months, especially a project that they aren't originally behind?

new dev's have alot of material to look back at. it's kinda hard not to mess it up. I'm worried that they will try different angles to extend the game to make money (not faulting them for that). I'd like for them to just finish the game. Not much else to say story wise IMO.
