I think it depends if they have the whole story from start to finish, and some important plots revealed by Fyn so the incongruency is not that big. Also, they have to nail the same humor, but i think that's not hard.

Took longer than any Flynn update, and it's shorter than we expected? I hope that means you have the next one ready to drop in like a month. If you're releasing shorter updates than Flynn did, and only like once a year, I'd almost rather it stay dead. Of course, this is before I've even tried the new update, so let's see if this one and the next one are worth anything...

I shouldn't be complaining much on a pirate site, anyway. I mean, if I had infinite money, I would've been funding Flynn, and he never would've had to abandon it... but I can't really afford to support any games. I'm not pirating just because I can... but more because I can't pay for these...

Im noticing its not as pretty as before..... maybe its me but it feels off like some of the characters are cross eyed and the
images we saw look nothing like the in-game images.

Maybe i gotta get used to these new images

EDIT: After finishing the update, all I can say is... Stray Incubus died when Flynn left. I don't know what the fuck this was, but it is not the characters we've come to know over the past three years. They've be dumbed down. The MC's mysterious aura and quite charm have been castrated. The first half of the update seemed familiar. Different, but familiar. The second half is just an affront to world that Flynn created. It's rushed. It's hollow. It's... bumbling.

I appreciate the new dev's desire to see Flynn's work come back from the dead, but maybe we should learn from Pet Cemetery and understand that some things shouldn't be brought back to life.
