Honestly put, most players hate sandbox for obvious reasons, so make sure you either get rid of it for good, if you ain't serious about it or tell them exactly where to go and what to do to progress the story. Nobody likes to rape their mice for a few repetitive scenes or not know how to proceed at all.
In that case, Netori is the word you need here. Edit the tags and remove NTR from there, if you don't want it in the game. That way, non NTR players will know the MC won't get cucked and they'll play the game.
Yeah, always being honest and transparent about your intentions is a good way to show the ppl you a serious dev. Personally, I don't care that much about NTR, but I don't want it being thrown into the story for dumb reasons. If the dev wants NTR in his story, he's free to add as much of it as he wants, BUT he should warn the players which options lead to that outcome and make it completely avoidable.
I strongly recommend you reconsider this and tell the story how you want to. You can still tweak it here and there where it needs fixing and also attract more supporters, but letting others dictate how your story plays out is never a good idea coz everyone has their own opinions, preferences and tastes, and you can't please all of them.

Just 2 little question for more clarification, is this a one dick type of game, I mean are you going to add sharing/swinging/other males having sex with the girls? And another one will this be a one of those "harem game" when you can fuck them all but have to choose a girl in the end or will it be a true harem and you can end up with all the girls?

Dunno how I can make it clearer than that, I mean if any of the girls will be fucking some other male besides the mc.
So yeah, for me if those girls have a boyfriend and you show in text or render fucking someone else than the mc... if they are in an active sex life with their boyfriend/husband ... for me that game is a pass.
As for MFF is mc and 2 girls, MMF is mc and another male tagging a girl....... group sex is a tag that can confuse players, kinda why I asked you what type of group sex it was.
I think the question is kinda simple, is the mc the only one that will fuck the girls?
game has potential, but two problems:
terrible fighting minigame
illusion of choice/lack of choice. happens on three occasions that I know about: whether to help the girl or don't intervene, same result. it doesn't even matter if you win or lose the fight.
to go out and celebrate. doesn't matter what you chose, since it's gonna happen anyway. only difference is that she is gonna be a bit mad initially, and then the mc changes his mind.
lack of choice. I'm not interested in Linda. I personally don't fin her appealing.

I haven't figured out this tag well enough yet to promise anything. What kind of girls are we talking about, but heroines? About all the girls in the game? What about random girls on 1 activity?

Ntr here on this site more or less means the girls in the game sleep with other guys that are not the main protagonist.
Shooting porn with MC = no ntr
Shooting porn with other guy = ntr
Strip club and love hotel (if you mean a brothel) are ok as long there is not one of the love interrests working there.
spying on others if you watch random ppl fucking its ok. but if you mean watching a girl that could be in your harem get fucked thats not ok.
Blackmail is only ok if the girl being blackmailed doesnt do any sexuell stuff with other guys.
