Player's/girl's skills increase through repetition?
Also, though I think the answer is probably no, but is there any chance for some mp4 clips to spice up sex scenes, dancing, etc.?

Sex skills do increase thru sex activity, specially if the partner has a higher skill. The larger the difference the larger the chance it improves. But even if the difference is negative there's a chance for those skills to increase. Other skills, like cooking, serving, etc. can only increase by receiving training and reading skill books.
Is there a way to "convince" your girlfriend to be Poly?
I need a Harem, and a way to "customize a character that will appear in the world (name and basic look) would be awesome, you carry on the Lab Rats spirit well, I watch your career with great interest!
There's no "poly" specific opinion, for now it's modeled using the Cheating and Casual Sex opinions. Increase those and they will be more willing to do other things.
At some point I'm going to come up with a way to allow assigning a specific image to a given character. Now sure how exactly and I don't want it to be abused but for some special situations.

You can play as a female, bur the reason I haven't put a tag for it is that the content for that situation is lacking, particularly when it comes to same-sex relationships. And attempts at playing like that are surely to be disappointing. The main goal for the next version however will be to fix this and make the game more compelling when played with a female MC.
How do we completely eliminate men from the game?
I started a new game and EVERY worker at every location was male.
I edited the config to set female probability to 1.0 but I still had at least 2 males at start.
There are limited character spots in this game, especially early on. I do not want them taken up by men.
Men are part of this game. There needs to be someone to compete for you to get the girls. But 75% of all new characters added to the game will be women. At game start however there will be more men than women because the majority of the initial characters club owners, commissioners, etc. are more likely to be men. But that will fix itself fairly quickly.
Are there now enough images in the packs that we can get rid of the 'Defaults'?
No, you can't. That reduces the chance of running into them, but you play long enough you will run out of images. But more importantly they also are used as placeholders for some situations, like when you know about someone but you haven't met them yet. We won't show you an image in that case.
