You'd need those 3 for each of the 11 poses/clothing levels, so that's 33 more images per character.
didn't think of that lol, still doable though especially on your own characters, I have nearly 50 all created from my own Lora's so it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I do, however, realize that not everybody can do this.

If you skip game versions, you run the risk of the save files not working with the latest game. For example, if you were at 1.04 and then installed 1.06 skipping 1.05, then yeah, your 1.04 save files won't work with version 1.06. This is pretty common behavior.

Thanks for your time replying, but I first deleted the old folder and then installed 1.06 directly in a fresh, empty folder. Then downloaded and extracted characters.

Just to put the pregnancy debacle into perspective. The base game currently has 603 female images from the original official image sets. Every character can have 12 poses or outfits for different situations putting that up to 7236 images. Since pregnancy is a state of the character then it would be expected that each of those 12 poses also has a pregnancy image which doubles the number of images. Adding different states of pregnancy further doubles the number of images. At the current state that's a monumental amount of work to generate through AI while also keeping the quality of the existing AI sets. I have dabbled in some generative AI but have had trouble keeping consistent characters like the original image sets here manage to do. But now you're asking for adding a new lora or some other modification to these characters to include pregnancy which could easily change the expected result to something completely different. I don't expect this to be a trivial thing to do.

Anyway one of my favourite things about this game is the character sets. I like starting up the game and seeing which images are chosen for each character and running with it. Some of the image packs created by community members is also a lot of fun. I haven't spent a lot of time with the new pregnancy system but it would also be nearly impossible to find pregnancy images of some of my favourite image sets to use, including a private one I made. When I learned you could include multiple images with a different reveal value I was intrigued so I tested it out. It's awesome although a bit limiting.

Ultimately I think the pose system needs a bit of a rework. There just isn't enough room in the current file naming scheme to support the added growth the game has seen over the past few months. It's almost impossible to fully predict all requirements when starting a project like this so I don't blame Total Fluke for this issue. It would be nice to add things like a generic number to allow for multiple poses with the same reveal state, add a pregnancy state on the image, etc. I think this can be achieved relatively seamlessly by appending the new information for new images that are added. It feels a bit weird but would keep backwards compatibility for image sets that haven't added those supporting changes yet. For example scw-00001-z0-bc.png could be scw-00001-z0-bc-001-p6.png where 001 is just a number to distinguish the same pose and reveal state with a different image randomly chosen each day and p6 could represent an optional pregnancy state. If those are missing then the existing pose system should work just fine but also allow for more nuanced image sets. In my private set I mentioned, I had a lot of fun including a ton of different images and seeing them choosen randomly. The problem is sometimes the images I want aren't really super high reveal state but I have alread run out of room for images under 3 reveal state. I hope this idea can be implemented to let us start making more intricate image sets and offload some of the work from TF.

A lora is a creator thing, not something that gets added to the game, So say I create a lora of someone, all that means is that I now have a working model of that person, it also means that I can pose them in any way I wish without losing and of the characteristics of that person. This is why I said we should at least be given the opportunity to create our own, this, as you say, lets us add it to the game without placing a burden on Total Fluke

I meant adding a new lora to the image generation. There are lora's that teach your model what pregnancy looks like is what I was implying not including them within the game. In my experience if a lora is added or missing then even when including the exact same other information to the generative AI model you won't get the exact same output. I was hoping to add more images to the dstu image set but I was unable to replicate the images with the information I had about them simply because I didn't have all the same loras they had when creating the image sets.

Calling it a debacle seems far too dramatic. Adding the pregnancy system in without being able to really support it seems an odd decision to me, but if that's the direction the dev wants to go, that's their prerogative. Anyone blithely saying "just add the pregnancy pictures" clearly has no concept or appreciation for how much work that would require, but the amount of effort needed to support the system really highlights why it seems a strange decision to begin with.

Anyway, all that being said, I think adding in the framework to support pregnancy pictures through an additional variable on the filename, or some other method, would be good. Gives people the option to add them to 3rd party packs, or the dev to slowly add them to official sets over time. Do an 0,1 or 0,1,2 for not pregnant and one or two pregnancy levels, and make picture selection based on time passed.

Adding in support seems a good idea, at least.

My 2 cents.

Ahhh I see, I get it now.

You can do that from the save file.
How do you do that though? Changing 'hard' stats of characters you meet I mean.

Also, how do you get someone to accept a job when they keep saying no? They are unemployed, so it's not like I'm trying to get them to quite another job to come work for me.

WOW! I did not realise there were 500 unique female characters in the game. That would be too much work for one person.

I will probable just turn pregnancy off. I'm getting better at this code stuff, so should be able to do that hopefully.

I remember a ways back people were talking about the relationship harems you can have by having people have +2 polyamory and -2 for cheating, if I'm not mistaken? I assume this isn't a full block though because I keep seeing people with these stats still cheat so I wonder if that's the right way still or if there's some other parameter?

Open the save file in the runtime folder with notepad or notepad++, scroll to the near the bottom an you will see all the characters and their stats, edit what you like and save the file.
