Been checking out the txt files in the data folder for v1.08, came across a couple typos in archetypes.txt. The slut and artsy archetypes have a "vigin" flag instead of "virgin," so I figure those flags aren't applying as intended. Perhaps some confirmation bias now when I think back on all the folks I've found in game with all the slut likes who tell me it's their first time.

I have enjoyed fiddling around with this game over the past month. It's been a... slow burn to reach a game state that matches the game's title. I get the design choice; I just find the circumstances amusing.

Sorry all, i tried looking in the post, but cant seem to change the save file to enable taboo access... can any one tell me?

in the previous version i was able to edit the below to access but cant locate this in the save file anymore... Thanks ppls!

You can set it through the Options menu now, you don't need to mess with editing anymore.

Having played some of the new update now I feel like most of it seems to be working great, however I personally really don't enjoy the mechanic where people get annoyed and block you from trying to change opinions now. It feels like added steps to create unnecessary grind. It could just be my personal preference but there we are.

I feel like this has always been in the game but now you're just being explicitly told this fact. Prior to the update I noticed that successively trying to convince someone of something they would occasionally block out any sort of sway and it was better to wait a day or two before trying again. I could be wrong though I haven't dug too deep to see what exactly is going on.

Hi, recently discovered this game and its great. Some questions though:

1. are there any ways to improve player fertility (i made a 40+ yrs old dude with -70 fertility)?
2. all the ladies in my games are single, are there any other variety available like married, milf, etc?
3. what are the ways to swap the ladies pills? i've found that you can do that when you visit her house with the lewd option when chatting and during dates if she receives a call, are there any more?
4. speaking of swapping pills, the above 2 methods mentioned were very rng, is there any sure fire way?
5. will the ladies houses that you know the location of be put on the map? this is be very useful for snooping around (for pill swapping and other stuff and stealing undies or spying to uncover stats)?

(1) I guess it can be changed in console but never tried it with fertility specifically. However most attributes like that can.

(2) NPCs start off single but will over time become boyfriend/girlfriend if they find somebody they like, engaged, marry, possibly separate again. You will often hear about this as a rumor.

(3) I don't know about more, but again, I didn't look too hard.

(4) Almost everything in this game has a lot of RNG, hardly anything is certain (except death, taxes, and my hostess "falling down the stairs" every other week).

(5) Not directly on the map, no. You can do some snooping when you contact them per message and get the option to come over - you can snoop around the house a bit, but it seems pretty useless to me.

what are the a sexuals and what trait do you need to fix that? make them hate masterbation? or make them like 3 somes I guess.

Asexuals are people not interested in intimate relationships at all. This trait cannot be changed, neither by gameplay nor by console (or at least it couldn't last summer, Fluke is always adding new stuff, hard to keep track). There is (was?) a kind of bug where you could ease them into casual sex with certain actions, but they always remain asexual and e. g. are not available as boyfriend/girlfriend.

Some of them that are more stubborn to being told what to like I might agree could be like this but I swear I've had it plenty of times before where they'd say no then immediately just capitulate right after, or you could at the very least try to ask them about other topics. With how it is right now it seemed like if they disagree on one topic I can't even just change tact and ask about another they just shut you out completely.
I know in terms of creating a more realistic "life sim" it might make more sense this way but it's just not to my personal taste. It just makes me want to save scum xD

Is there a way to alter the male packs ages in any way? To me, the guys who show up when you make your character 40 all look like they're 60-70, while the guys when you pick 30 look like they're in their 40s. So what I'd like to do is adjust whatever setting that is in the character file to push them all back, if possible, and play as a guy who's in his 40s without looking ancient.

Easy, yet annoying.

Each person (=set of pictures) starting with a header (done as facial portrait) like:
"scw-10001-m3w-mnsml-dmd-x-head.png"

m3w is code for gender - age - race. It's enough to change it here so no need to touch other images for same person.

Age is coded by:
1 = 18-24
2 = 22-31
3 = 28-42
4 = 38-51
5 = 48+

Have you turned off birth control? I think it's on by default.

There is a line with 'Minimum Club Fame' which is answering your question.

Not really; if my club is at the minimum 50 fame, and I get a message about a positive interaction with an employee giving a temporary fame increase, I expect to see that fame go above 50. It says that's the minimum fame but in this case it seems to be a maximum.

Thank you so much for that! Its a big help. I promoted a handful of guys and it completely solved the problem. While less of an issue, I'm probably going to go through some of the female characters as well.

It gets triggered around July 1st of the first year. If you haven't seen it then you won't see it. If you are playing on a save game that got started before that story got added (I don't remember the version), then you won't see it.

Is this still the case?

As well as the previously mentioned PDF you can also look at the regular girl packs that are on the main page to see how they're set up and get a good idea for how to put one together using the PDF as a guide. I found it useful anyway.

What I found does help reduce the occurrence is to shift their opinions away from anal (giving), making them prefer being submissive, and worst case using the console to reduce their courage as that appears to make them less likely to proactively take any actions and increase their rationality to eliminate the chance they go full random sometimes - though that means you'll be the one making nearly all the decisions on what to do next in all stages. That's kind of going full sledgehammer instead of flyswatter, though, and not really a viable solution if you are fucking every female you come across.

You can also console "cheat set_like 3 anal_r -2" to make your own character hate being on the receiving end, though I am uncertain if that has any impact on NPCs' decision making during encounters (and could cause some complications if you get the obsessed girl who mirrors all your own opinions).

Are you sure the values (giving/receiving) work that way? I mean the act of "giving/receiving" could mean the same for both blowjob and anal? So, anal (giving) = give your ass. Maybe the values should be set opposite of what you are setting? Has TotalFluke confirmed which way these work?
