I don't expect anyone to go back and read thru 180 pages worth of posts, but I address the pregnancy images 2 posts right above yours.
And no, not getting rid of the muscular girls. They are hard to do so the later packs have fewer of them. If you don't like them you can always delete the head shot file and they won't appear in the game. There's a cheat to change the image for a particular character if you want to go thru that trouble. (Do cheat help in the console).

I suggest making an inventory and the ability to get something in it to restore energy, for example, energy drinks, a glass of coffee or a chocolate bar or even ecstasy or something like that. This is necessary because it seems to me that the game has an unsuccessful time transition system, events go one after another, while you cannot choose a schedule, new meetings are simply added to the calendar without the ability to choose a specific date. For example, after a meeting, MC got to a party and cannot do anything because he is tired, but otherwise he would take a pill or drink from his bag/pocket, restore 5-10 energy and could mingle with the guests. Or you can completely refuse energy, putting 10-20 any actions or a combination of large and small actions in each segment of the day

There's a few ways to restore some energy in specific situations, but an ability to restore energy at any point is too drastic a change. There will need to be some sort of limit to it, but then we are back to where we started just with a higher total stamina. Just work out more and get your endurance as high as it will go.
Quick questions:
1. Are there some sort of (intentional?) "debris" dropping from one save to the other? For instance, if I'm John Smith for save A, and then I start save B as John Smith, my name becomes J.R. (John) Smith, as if there can't be 2 characters with the same name. Or, if I filter my contacts by "family" in save A, the same filter is applied in save B.
2. Do I still have to modify config.dat and user_config.dat if I want to add for instance new image packs, or can I simply do it via the options tab? Does one way exclude/conflict with the other?
3. Is it possible to modify an NPC to have specific stats, or have a specific NPC to always start with a specific role (family, cult leader, lifeguard...)?
4. Do the other clubs have some sort of unfair advantage at the beginning of the game? They always hire employees and build new rooms before my club. For instance, I don't know how many times it happened that my sister is hired as a bartender by a rival club and she didn't even tell me she was interested in the bartender job in my club.

1. It look like your second character decided to give you initials instead. I didn't know it would do that to the MC. Will need to look into it. There's a list of reserved names to prevent the same name from being assigned to more than one character, and if you load a second game after playing another, that list does not reset, so there may be something going on there. The filters are not saved on the save files, but remain from game to game as long as you have the game open.
2. No. You should use the in-game options whenever possible as those take precedence. Some options are not available via that interface, and those and only those you should edit in the user-config.dat file.
3. No, there's no way to set it so that NPCs start with specific stats. Some story characters however are given boosts to specific stats when created so that they fit with their story (like the second sister, the crazy student, the cult leaders, etc.)
4. Yes, the other clubs get one advantage early on and it is that for their first bartender, cook and waitress they will be able to hire whoever they want as long as they are not already another club employee - no one will deny an offer.
I see a lot of good suggestions and I'd like to chime in with one. I don't know if it's been suggested but I'd like a general idea of who is at which location when I open the map. Since time passes when we enter an area, I'd like to make an informed decision before choosing which place to visit. Right now I save and reload to make a decision but I'd like the option to not do that in the event I want to do a "no save scum" run.
Unfortunately the game doesn't work like that. Characters are not moved to locations until after you move. With 300+ active characters moving them all in every period would be a massive performance hit. (Those that work in the locations are moved there, I'm talking about the optional moves). When you move somewhere we then move a few characters so you are not there alone. (There's a bug that sometimes if you go back and forth between rooms in your club, each move adds more characters to each room).
Some characters, notably your girlfriend will also go to where you are so she can't move until after you do.
Two more things, I don't know if they're a bugs:
1. If a NPC is hired as a janitor by a rival club, she's basically at work 24/7? Doesn't matter when you send them a text, they're always at work.
2. IIRC, the tutorial says there's no passing of time if you move around inside your own club but that's not true, e.g. if it's morning and you go office --> bar --> restroom --> office, it's noon. Quite a huge club
btw, is there a way to explore different room inside rival clubs?
Janitors work morning-afternoons, and in the evenings they won't be at work. Just verified it that they weren't lingering in their work place. Now, janitor work is tiring so usually when they are done they will be tired so they will be at home resting and likely won't answer texts. They also don't take days off which I need to fix so it's hard to meet them outside of work.
Thanks for reading the tutorial, that's probably an outdated text. Now you can only move 5 times in your club and then time passes. (Same as sending 5 texts). Will update it.
You can visit another club and click the club name above and visit other rooms in that club, as long as they are public. You can't go into their main office or the kitchen or the locker rooms, for example.
