Where do I need to place this folder? I know, there is a place in "Data", but those files in there are ending with .tfo and this one is ending with tfl.

1 bug report + 2 questions:
Bug: it happens more and more often with version 1.11 that an NPC is created with the exact same image file as the MC. I have a savegame if needed.
Question 1: how do I change MC's opinions without cheating? I sometimes meet some NPC whose dialog is something like "he/she is trying to change your opinion" but it's a very rare occurrence (reason I'm asking is the damn Leader made me dislike threesomes
)
Question 2: how does the starting age work? When I choose 26, MC is 27, when I choose 42, MC is 47, 46 ---> 52...

It starts within the Cult storyline, so if you have started that already, then yes, you would need a new save.

Firefly has Zoe, and Inara could be coded as Hispanic (Morena Baccarin was born in Brazil)...and though she doesn't help with diversity, I'd love to see a Kaylee-derived character.

I've seen this sometimes because time advances. You only get so many actions per time period, and if you invite someone on the last action of one, they may show up (but you don't see it) and then they go home or somewhere else for the next period.

Since icesavage made the Megapack v4 immediately outdated, I made a version 4a that includes their ice1 pack. Otherwise identical to v4.

I don't know if this has been said already but if you play as a woman and bring a guy as your date to the investor's house during the sex event it think your date is a guy and a girl and you're just not in the event at all. This can also result in your date having sex with themself.

yep, you could edit the "room types" to be found in the data folder and give the locker rooms more capacity and co, BUT this will count for all the clubs as they all use the same file.

I have a some what dumb question, on the Map, there is blue areas like New Town (NW) are they accessible or they just there for directional purposes?

So the Blue Name boxes are just district or neighborhood names. The names are there just for immersion. The compass directions are important though, because they tell you what district a character lives in. This is important for Commissioner elections because you can only get someone to run in an election if they live in the district that is currently holding the election. You also get a bonus modifier to your specific commissioner.
The economy system also uses the districts. Each region actually has randomly generated population numbers. Each club can pull in customers from their region and any adjacent region. This makes the center Club so strong because it can pull from all regions. Also if your club neighbors a region without a club in it, you will pull in more customers.

I might have missed it in all the pages, but the mom has been introduced and it's been like a month and a half of gameplay and I still can't find her or even text her. Did I screw something up?

In that case:
I've been playing the game since the last update, and I really enjoy it. It reminds me a lot of other stat driven games like lab rats 2, masters of raana and superpowered. This game definitely checks most of the boxes to being an amazing adult game. With that, I would like to give some constructive criticism, and comments as well as ask some questions. I would love any feedback in return; and again, this is not meant to be negative in any sense, just my thoughts and ideas.
1: On the Main screen, a “favorites list” for contacts: Its really annoying to open the contact list and scroll through a long list to find the same 3-5 people I want to speak to the most. (Usually the 2 sisters, the PI, drug dealer and a fav girl or 2). It gets annoying sometimes. Or more options to custom sort contacts. Thoughts?
2: Do stats raise with use? Or only with training in the gym or reading skill books? Same question for NPC's. I know the club has the manager that can randomly increase an employees stats, or you can train them, but is that it? Or can they improve on their own over time? Does that include sex skills?
3: Ever thought about adding quests? I enjoy open world gaming, but I like the parameters of quests. Also helps with learning the game and its features with “newbie quests”.
4: Private Investigator: I use her a lot to help find out traits. Love this character. A simple QOL improvement would be to have her ask if you want to have her spy/background another person after giving you the details from the prior job before she leaves. Currently, she gives me info, then buggers off, and I have to click contacts, find her, txt her to meet, which is always the next day. Its rather cumbersome. Also, if I see her in public, I cant ask her to background check or spy. No, I have to txt her with her standing next to me to tell me she will meet me the next day. Lol Also, having a chance to be able to dig up dirt on council people or other NPC's would be awesome.
5: Drug dealer: I'd love to see the drug dealer sell more drugs! More than just the cult drugs. Drugs you can slip into drinks at your club, or into food/drink while on a date, or even sell at the club for extra cash. Date rape, or like the cult drugs, a hypno type to help ply their viewpoints/affection/chance of accepting sex. Another thought: Being able to steal/buy/obtain drugs from the medical clinic. Maybe you could convince a nurse to steal some for you. Also: Ive gotten a few of the party drugs from an NPC, but havent found out how to use them?
6: Blackmail: I caught an employee stealing, and my options were to let them off with a warning, or fire them. I was thinking this would be the perfect opportunity to blackmail them for some sex, or force them into the new slave mechanic. Also, when you catch people in public or at parties being nude or public sex, and you can take a picture: Blackmail em.

Yeah, I know that. I'm a year and a half in and I got to select her image, but now I can't find her or text her anywhere. It's been a month and a half since I selected her image and still nothing. Sorry, I worded that poorly on the first post

You can set any individuals as a "favorite" and sort by that in the dropdown filter lists on the contact page (should be top left of the list).
Sex skills definitely go up with use, I *think* other employee skills go up as well, but I have not kept track directly to confirm.
There are a few quest chains ingame already, most don't start until after a certain amount of time has passed (second sister, mother, investor, etc), or are based on the upgrades your club has built (mafia), but some can be triggered pretty early (the Cult chain starts by checking out a lewd book from the library, which can be done as early as Day 2).
No current way to merge the PI giving you info with asking after someone else the same day. You can speed up finding the PI in your contacts, though, because they are automatically added to the "Work" filter list, which will be much shorter than trying to dig through everyone.
