Sometimes apps can go crazy and reserve all your RAM, at which point your PC crashes or just becomes unusable. That's what is typically known as a memory leak, pretty common issue.
But then you just close the app, or restart the computer, and it won't be a problem anymore.
It's a different story if your hardware overheats and gets bricked, but that's not what happened if you managed to fix it by reinstalling Windows.
What you're describing makes no sense, unless the app is literal malware, intentionally designed to corrupt your system files or rootkit. That's why you're receiving these incredulous responses.
That being said, I don't really want to try out the latest version either. Nothing interesting in the last few updates.

I forgot to mentioned those since you pointed them out, that will makes things easier to explain for my case
I don't remember what was the update from last year that I played but on that version is what caused the problem for me in the first place, like what you said about restarting and closing the app, (the game itself) as I've already mentioned after closing the game when I wanted to play other games, that also caused the same issue that involves crashing or closing itself for no reason, even restarting my pc didn't work at all, and when I said something about reinstalling windows, that literally fixed the program that the game caused only because of that specific version (meaning I could play other games just fine now) but with that being said I don't remember what was it that I played on.
I don't even remember exactly what it was, but whenever I'm just playing the game with no other apps running i wouldn't be receiving an error application with codes (numbers and letters) but that only happens when I have other apps running instead, when I started noticing this issue, I had no other choice but to reinstall windows and hoped for the best, after that was done, I reinstalled my games and everything was working fine, the other games don't crash or closed themselves anymore so apparently this game (that version of it specifically) was what caused the problem I had in the first place. Just a clarification there's no malware, I'm not too good with words on technical stuff so this was the best I can explain on the spot.

Edit: Nevermind, I looked into the games files and it seems you can only give her dry or sweet wine to improve your reputation with the guild by 100 and nothing else.
It does not seem to have any other effect in the current version.
Do you or anyone else know how to aquire one, or if it is even possible before starting the main quest?
At least in the shop no dwarven wine appears, I already tried several days.
It seems I cannot produce one myself, I already upgraded alchemy, tailoring and smithing to the max and there is no option for the kitchen.
My only hope would be a random drop, but I don't know how possible it is and where a dwarven wine culd drop.
I already did the firedephts several times, witout any hint.

From what I understand, they only come from main story progression.

Slave quests became bugged it seems. If i already have slaves before accepting the quest i can't turn them in. Even the no requirement ones.
Also when i started a new game many available quests were way difficult right from day two (deliver mythical leather, fire dungeon etc). Perhaps the RNG hates me.

As for now you need second training unlocked to give out slaves for quests. It was a dumb change but it is how it works now.

I did not know this, perhaps to make the trainer classes more appealing.
Yet i swear sometimes i can just pick a "any slave" quest and buy one from the market and finish it. If i buy the slave prior accepting the quest they would not be available as option.

Normally what is posted on "Op's" is when games/vn's come out and not where the game is today.
This goes for most game's and VN's.
Reading the change log should tell you things have move far and away from what it was when it first came out.
Its now in late stages of alpha to early beta.

all of the rough ideas manage to become worse

Remember this is for testing only and not good on saves so keep your save for the main game and make a new game save for this "Experimental" update.

It's been a while and we gonna need to run an experimental release for any major bugs (and I'm getting busy for some time unsure when I'll be able to work on bugfixes otherwise)
Added new slave quest types with bigger rewards
Altered a few quest dialogues
Updated location gui
Revamped Succubus class into a separate mechanic featuring thralls and transformation mechanic. Corruptive Essence allowing to become succubus/incubus can be obtained on start or rarely from medium and hard dungeon boss rewards
Multiple minor quest and typo fixes
Daisy's quest now offers 5.000 gold
Fixed turn skipping sometimes stuttering not skipping all turns through
Fixed act 3 completion not always working properly
Fixed some minor issues in act 4
Fixed some sprite inconsistencies

Was going out of my mind trying to find Cali in the new version, and apparently she got moved from Bandit Forts to Bandit Dens at some point.
This is what happens when development goes on for too long. The devs get bored and start changing things at random instead of, you know, finishing the storyline after six years.yep, if you look the changelog.

If anyone else is facing the issue where the cursor keeps disappearing in game, a way to get around that is reinstalling your mouse drivers
I did that and it fixed it. I also disabled fullscreen optimization + compatibility mode windows 8 + changed high dpi setting override to application, just in case
