Just finished this, looks pretty decent. Ignore any complaints about the noses, a lot of people on here aren't afraid of expressing their strong preference for northern European features, I'll leave that at that... there are plenty of games where all the women have almost identical noses with variance only based on age and that crowd never seems to notice those for some reason... I mean if you intended them to be different and they came out otherwise due to rig limitations that's fine but throwing in my two cents so you're aware about some people's "opinions".
I think the renders came out great for your system, hopefully your English rhetorical and idiomatic expression improves in the process of writing the story and you can garner enough support to afford upgrades. I know learning to use other languages with a degree of facility you have in your native language is frustrating, but one thing you want to avoid is trying to translate expressions, idioms, epithets, and verbal ticks from your language to another. It almost never works and it's one of the things that sinks a decent VN IMO. Your command of English is pretty good, I know it can be tempting to throw in some humor that you wish would translate well, or a bit of flowerly language, but don't do it. It's not worth it. You can convey what you want in your first project by sticking to the basics and maybe work on improving your English towards the end or in your next project.
The last Windows update broke Windows Defender. It is throwing back false positives on lots of different things, even .png files.
