2019 - Honey Select 2 releases.
2020 - Shit tonne of mods but people still use vanilla characters...

Well, the game doesn't seem bad.
It is just too short to make a fair judgement on it at the moment.

The animations looks decent enough, even if the characters are a bit "plasticky" looking, but I guess that can not really be helped with honeyselect :).

The story could be good, although, it's still way too early to tell.

At present, there's only one sex scene (made out of 3 sub scenes).
There are very little choices for now, but considering the low amount of content so far, it seems reasonable enough if this ratio is kept up, and if the choices will have consequences, other than stat increase/decrease.

Well, I plan to tell different stories about the different characters.
I plan to mark new content, new scenes, etc. so that you don't have to make a thousand clicks to discover something. I don't like that either. But you should have the possibility to visit the residents of the dorm again and again to "have fun" if you want to. I also don't plan to include mini-games or repetitive tasks. I find that this is mostly just annoying.
I hope this tells you and others more about the content.
