I guess, but if something DOES change, it'd render it kinda pointless, especially since a lot of stuff will change since the beta doesn't have everything unlocked. Also seriously doubt anyone would be able to keep quiet about it for that long, eventually someone would get too full of themselves and start bragging, my opinion though.

Not really, their staff page doesn't exist on their website anymore. So we're probably not gonna know til they make a movie again and see the credits (since the game's credits will likely feature folks hired just for this project alone).
Sadly no. The blowjob trilogy of flicks (Siren's Call, Royal Treatment, Songbird's Shame) were voted on back in Patreon days to determine what got a sequel, and Jessica won that by a mile.

Yes. if you noticed, they pretty much set up the whole series in Harley's episode. You see Barbara preparing to become Batgirl again, Azrael brings Harley's bat to Poison Ivy, and Catwoman is seen investigating one of Professor Pyg's crime scenes.
Their movie division is on hold until Subverse's completion. So eventually they will get back to it. And it'll look even better in UE4
