I see the devs didn't take any chances with the steam release, they even got rid of the Amrit schoolgirl uniform, that's too bad :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, Steam seems to have very little tolerance for even the appearance of underage content, which includes pretty much any "high school" setting, and from what I understand devs don't get a second chance to fix that. So a lot of devs are just extra cautious.

Yeah, any kind of high school imagery, uniforms, signs, anything, or really sex in school they have zero tolerance (rape and blackmail, and even incest is fine and dandy). Many developers didn't know or left something in by mistake and had no second chance, even some developers where characters are not underage, still got the boot as Steam thinks thought are.

Some have had kids and nothing sexual, but were denied even, then again there are some allowed, like Chasing Sunsets is a good example of a game with kids.

I have seen developers change the name of the game and resubmit it and get it approved (can't remember the couple of games of recent that did that) :ROFLMAO:

it really depends though, some get lucky, some don't... then you have games like DDLC, which is not a predominantly sexual game, but a school setting and that's alright. Bare Witness also had kids in it, went through, so it's really a coin toss sometimes. Nudist School is an example too where they change the name/theme a bit for the steam release, seems like it worked for them.

That's what I mean about some having kids and they let it go, where other developers like with the game Homelander, they have them as kids at the beginning setting up the story, but Steam rejected the game because of that. Fucking stupid.

I'd say the ones that get unlucky/rejected are all by the one notorious reviewer who rejects mostly everything.

Chasing Sunsets is specifically cautious to point out that the youngest LIs are 18.

Honestly, from what I hear that doesn't really make a huge difference. You can say they are 18+ as much as you want, but Steam can and does reject stuff with high school-related content.

Question, is the MC from the firdt game the same as the MC for the second game? Or are they two different people? I'm playing the second, kind of started the first, and I'm seeing references I wanna understand, but don't understand.
