I'm having a hard time adding a 3rd knowledgeable girl to any of the pairings that knows about 2 others that also confirmed it in dialogue.

Vi and Ines most likely talk but there's never been a "wait he's fucking all of us" discussion. It's mostly Ines giving her advice about Els. I don't remember Ines and Vi ever talking about hooking up with him to each other but I'm probably due for a replay.

Same with Amrit and Ines. Ines in general seems to hide it.

Els flaunts it at the island home, at least, flaunts that's into MC but I wouldn't say that the others consensually agreed to it.

I did enjoy it in The Author, but my biggest complaint was that we didn't see a bit more of them actually in a poly relationship. Hopefully we get a bit more time to see them happy in that setup here.

Also, maybe it was just me, but in The Author they seemed a bit unhappy in the throuple epilogue. It's been a while since I played though, so maybe I'm misremembering.

This is one of the only VNs were I'm not interested in the side girls because the main cast holds it down.

Who knows about who also varies a bit based on how quickly you jump in the sack with them. For example, on my "slower sex" playthrough, you don't have sex with Els until her date after Mallorca, which also means it's after MC's first time with Vi. On that date, Els deduces MC and Vi had sex and essentially says, "Wow, didn't know she had it in her to beat me to your bed. Good for her." And not in a sarcastic way (that comment coincides with Els getting an "interestedingirls" point).

I try not punish people for exploring options. In general most girls won't care who you screw unless you've made a commitment to them. Or If you screw somebody they hate, that might put a damper on things.

So yeah, it'll likely be like The Author in that regard, particular since all the main LIs seem to like each other in general.

not really no, the girls make some off-hand comments about it here and there, but overall they know he is not exclusive with anyone... no "breakups" or point losses due to this so far

Not yet but you most definitely will hurt someone if you sleep around. Amrit may appear tough on the ouside, but she will definitely get very hurt if she sees you with someone else. V will cry and no one will forgive you for that. Kana will beat you up and move on and Elspeth will appear to not care, but there is a non-zero chance that the other girl will "suddenly" disappear and never be seen again.
