Nope, the devs last update was a little vague
" Now I want to get to some behind the scenes notes while I'm here. This update cycle has been longer than it should have been and I acknowledge that, so I've paused billing I think that's only fair, and the least I can do. I also want to sincerely apologise, this cycle, especially the past couple months I've been more absent here, and my Discord. I don't have any fun excuses or sob stories the simple truth is I tried to spin too many plates at once so to say and bluntly it was beyond my ability so plates started falling. Clumsy analogy aside that's completely my fuck up, and as a result some things have fallen by the wayside. I apologise for letting that happen. For right now I'm just going to focus on getting this update in your hands, that'll take care of my current largest plate. After that's out I'm going to being getting back into the swing of consistent Patron interaction with my weekly posts and sneak peeks as well as art streams. Again I apologise for my absence."

When will a new update come out? I really liked the game and I'm really enjoying the fame and friendship with the characters, but when it comes to women, it's impossible for me to love just one.

you can always do solo saves if you don't want to "hurt" the others. Quite a bit more effort as you need several pts but then you aren't fucking everything that moves.

I don't know if the side girls count for that. I think they are pretty much there just for MC personality trait and for fan service, they won't really have much weight into MC relationships with the main LI. What I meant with my comment is when you pursue more than one main LI at once, not side ones.
