They stopped putting compressed on the first page at some point. I don't remember the reason off the top of my head. You have to use search to find it.

200k or so threads to mod and 10-20 mods + some staffs.

It's been at least two years, maybe three, since they stopped putting compressed in the OP - I'm surprised anyone even looks anymore. And, if you have your settings to "display newest first", it takes less time to search "compressed" and find the latest version than it does to compose a post asking about it.

Please explain how game settings would have helped when the problem was that I was using the wrong version of the walkthrough mod.

The noteworthy thing is that the game still mostly worked despite using the wrong version mod, that's all I've been saying.

well it shouldn't have worked at all but i guess it depends on version you dl'd.

Waiting almost 1.5y+ years and then getting a "I'm not very happy with this update" from the dev is giving me very mixed feelings ngl
