I also use garbro when extracting the .xp3 files but when I put the patch in the game and it does not detect it and continues in Japanese.

Okay I'm surprised no one brought this up. Figure is getting translated as fI'm cummingre. This tells me someone tried fixing all instances of "Igu" to be "I'm cumming" but did it automatically through a program so it hit the middle of words such as figure.

Thanks for bringing this up, but I don't think I'll fix it anytime soon coz it's simply a mess to do so.
If I knew how to edit these kinds of Visual Novels I'd fix it for you along with maybe even making a more accurate translation since I could hear some of the worse inaccuracies, but once again I don't know how to do it, and I'm looking for a better job right now so I don't currently have the time.
