Okay I'm surprised no one brought this up. Figure is getting translated as fI'm cummingre. This tells me someone tried fixing all instances of "Igu" to be "I'm cumming" but did it automatically through a program so it hit the middle of words such as figure.

If I knew how to edit these kinds of Visual Novels I'd fix it for you along with maybe even making a more accurate translation since I could hear some of the worse inaccuracies, but once again I don't know how to do it, and I'm looking for a better job right now so I don't currently have the time.

It's not an ending. It's literally in one of the paths. I haven't played this game in over a year, but there is a walkthrough if you are having trouble finding the paths.
