I don't expect the Empress to be recruitable, but I surely hope she'll get a good number of scenes, because she's darn good looking.

Also, for folks who might know - when the high seas copy becomes available, will it get a new thread, or just be posted in the OP of this thread?

No, I'm finding it funny that scenes have to be divided to standard and premium in a massively funded porn game.
I think it's just a name. If I'm not mistaken, premium scenes are simply the one who were submitted by bigger supporters, but that's all.

Yeah Like VValen said its more to separate types of scenes.

as for the scenes themselves im fine with just pure animation and text scenes. Which is what i was expecting. Lets be honest even with there massive budget we wernt going to get a high graphic quality version of something like Honey select 2. they dont have a team big enough for something like that. and Animation is something FOW has always done WELL even with the horrible program they had to make the videos on. So im not shocked there playing that strength in the game for the sex scenes.

Premium is only a tag. They'll be available in any case after having unlocked them, but yeah cum/speed only for those quite sucks, as well you can't control the camera from what I understood. I'll wait for backers' feedbacks.

I think the VA girls said it right in halfpints interview, a lot of people are still seeing this as a hentai/sex game but it really isn't. It's a game that contains (albeit a *fuck* ton of sex) smut, it has *deep* story and is way more than just rush for the sex stuff, it's a real proper game with a ton of dialogue (over 300 pages iirc?).

That being said, who knows how it will go. I really dislike EA-chapter based games because the later chapters 2 years from now can look and feel vastly different from the starting ones with how much they change, learn and grow.

And we might have a big split within the community because of that.

I have no idea how well this game is going to sell, however I think that most of the backers were people that already knew Studio_Fow before the annoncement of the kickstarter and decided to support the studio because of the porn content (and also because of the cancellation of their patreon, backing them on Subverse a way to be sure Studio Fow will keep producing content).

For most of those people, what's matter the most is the smut content and then the gameplay.

For people that didn't knew studioFow before kickstarter and for people that will buy the game afterward on steam, it will be different.

Yeah and we wont know when there gonna release that roadmap. HOPEFULLY its nothing stupid long like one chapter every 6 months, if they can keep it to a handful of chapters every month or 2 then thats not bad especially if what they said is true and they have over 30 hours of content thats an actual game and not a 10 minute VN that are showing up on steam like crazy now.

Let’s just hope it’s not 20 hrs of filler space combat and grid combat, they said in the early kickstarters dont expect xcom level of design, if they’re not careful they are gonna to try to advertise to not one specific group, people aren’t gonna buy this that are looking for the next triple A mass effect, but degens like myself that just want the sex and have followed Fow for ages could be disappointed if too vanilla, it could be a designed for everyone appeals to no one situation

On steam it says releasing in 2 days. But at around 5 PM my time it drops by a day. So maybe time zone difference will play a role on it. Anyone know what time zone they are releasing it from?
Probably G.M.T since their studio is in Manchester

i dont think it will be like 20 hours of filler combat cause from the way the VA's and the team talk there's ALOT of story and character development in it.

ok 2 days before release

is there any big info they have revealed in the past week??
nothing new aside from the new trailer and changing of some of the images on steams store page
