Yes, when they called it a porn game and referred to it as one in many instances. I and others have already posted things they promised/teased we'd see and then scrapped without a word. Do you not recall how many times the Bulgetto and Lily scenes was mentioned and brought up every time you and the other guy made this same argument? I guess you just skipped through the replies in your attempt to stonewall people again. To make the argument that they never promised a porn game or advertised one is the most dishonest shit imaginable. Their previous steam page, their post EA one, their Twitter posts, their first youtube trailer all highlight and put focus on the porn aspects of the game.

Their current steam page's description even starts off with talking about it being a porn and what it has to offer in that regard.

The original version of their steam page and kickstarter showed more descriptors about porn and what we should expect, along with emphasize of it's porn content as its main selling point. They only added more of the gameplay stuff after they finally finished developing the ship segments to actually show screenshots and descriptions for them.

Using the fact that the phrase "porn game" is not specifically used as often to your convenience is just garbage politician talk to avoid taking responsibility for an obvious narrative/implication that was made about things. They clearly promised everyone a porn game and advertised it as such. They wouldn't be getting so much feedback on it's porn for this reason otherwise. They wouldn't be prioritizing the porn in dev diaries and tweets otherwise.

And you convenient don't address the part where I showed you them first and foremost mentioning that the game is for users who have been looking for a better porn game at the start of their About This Game?

Which interview did they state it strictly wasn't a porn game and what was the context behind it? How soon was this stated after the initial Kickstarter goals had been completed? Which developer was the one who said it and why wasn't it made clearer in the first version of the Kickstarter and steam page?

They started changing their Steam page and Kickstarter Page a whole year after they decided they wanted to shy away from making porn a big part of the story's content itself, after being spooked by the initial shitstorm normies gave it for what they dubbed as "CUCK CONTENT". Post EA statements and direction changes in 2021 is not the same as what they advertised prior.

There's a reason why in almost every channel of their discord, users and mods alike refer to it as a "porn game". Let me emphasize that this is just one of the Subverse related channels in their discord:

Many of their mods and staff throughout Discord, Steam, and Reddit refer to it as a porn game.


Even your boy Valen referred to it as a porn game as early as 2019, back when Fow didn't try to run it back. It's funny how he's now changing up that narrative.


The ONLY time this narrative changed is after they tried to sweep the changes under the rug before EA release and rebrand what it as something else. It's not our fault they changed their mind 2 years after the game was funded for advertising itself as a porn game.

EDIT: You can see from their highest moderating Discord members' post history that there was a clear change at one point Of course, I know you know this. We all know the messaging and stances they had behind the game wasn't the same as it was post 2021 EA. The porn was a direct part of the story and there were even going to be unskippable scenes.

Undoubtedly. As the game gets bigger with each update it takes longer to acquire the uncracked files, then crack the game and re-up. When the game releases on GOG it'll get easier as no crack will be needed at that point.

So where do they say it's not a porn game? Having real gameplay with porn doesn't make a game not a porn game. Rance, The Beat Blade series, Evenicle, Demonion, and many other porn games have real gameplay between the porn content.

All your video shows from the 11 minute mark and onward is one of the devs talking about the gameplay aspects and their plans for the gameplay, not the argument you made against it being a porn game. He doesn't say it's not a porn game either. They refer to it as a porn game on a bunch of their platforms and a just a game as well. You know that's not what we were arguing though. 20minutes of new main quest, twenty fucking minutes in 7 months.
"Side quests" that i see no reason to do. They are empty, no rewards, no story behind, nothing. It was just "visit every planet, do every battle"

For people like me who want to have longer scenes with their own context, maybe that the loyalty quest will be able to bring this kind of content into the game.

Would be something like side quest related to each girls that give you affection's point and when the player reach a certain level he unlocks a specific scene as a reward.

Based off the tech already implemented, they could port pandora scenes into something similar to the gallery. Wouldn't be so straight forward though. They will have to figure out how they plan to do lighting, creating the rooms for each scene, probably having to reanimate or edit models with body parts off screen.

Actually, this already seems like a bunch of extra work to fit in. If they do anything like this by next patch, it's going to the new highest tier of pandora scenes with this new format and they will just create a handful of them

They hinted towards the loyalty scenes will be along the line of the romance scenes you find in like ME just a lot more lewdness and longer. I don't see any point in them start do massive rework of Pandora at this stage. I rather want them to complete the game/story and do whatever else of changes to such afterwards. This game will more than likely get dlc content added to it over time afterwards anyways.

Is it really that much harder to add a one sentence line to give context to something? I mean realistically, you don’t play this game because you like asteroids or Xcom, because you’d play superior versions of them.
you play this game because of the characters and the sex, preferably together.
The issue here being, the Pandora scenes mean about as much to me as someone separately using the SFM to make porn. That’s all fine and great, but it feels like they aren’t playing to their strengths. I honestly agree with what one person said earlier, I’d have been much happier with a movie version of this, especially since they wouldn’t have to waste so many resources on a budget version of better games. That’s not what we are here for.

I mean if you skipped all the dialogue and cutscenes I imagine most games would boil down to 20 minute sections of gameplay

the side quests give the largest amount of XP and Devotion, so they are worth something.
