Undoubtedly. As the game gets bigger with each update it takes longer to acquire the uncracked files, then crack the game and re-up. When the game releases on GOG it'll get easier as no crack will be needed at that point.

So where do they say it's not a porn game? Having real gameplay with porn doesn't make a game not a porn game. Rance, The Beat Blade series, Evenicle, Demonion, and many other porn games have real gameplay between the porn content.

All your video shows from the 11 minute mark and onward is one of the devs talking about the gameplay aspects and their plans for the gameplay, not the argument you made against it being a porn game. He doesn't say it's not a porn game either. They refer to it as a porn game on a bunch of their platforms and a just a game as well. You know that's not what we were arguing though. They Is this some form of veiled goalpost moving or...?

But you're going to come into a site dedicated to porn games to whine about people having conversations you don't like. 20minutes of new main quest, twenty fucking minutes in 7 months.
"Side quests" that i see no reason to do. They are empty, no rewards, no story behind, nothing. It was just "visit every planet, do every battle"

For people like me who want to have longer scenes with their own context, maybe that the loyalty quest will be able to bring this kind of content into the game.

Would be something like side quest related to each girls that give you affection's point and when the player reach a certain level he unlocks a specific scene as a reward.

Based off the tech already implemented, they could port pandora scenes into something similar to the gallery. Wouldn't be so straight forward though. They will have to figure out how they plan to do lighting, creating the rooms for each scene, probably having to reanimate or edit models with body parts off screen.

Actually, this already seems like a bunch of extra work to fit in. If they do anything like this by next patch, it's going to the new highest tier of pandora scenes with this new format and they will just create a handful of them

They hinted towards the loyalty scenes will be along the line of the romance scenes you find in like ME just a lot more lewdness and longer. I don't see any point in them start do massive rework of Pandora at this stage. I rather want them to complete the game/story and do whatever else of changes to such afterwards. This game will more than likely get dlc content added to it over time afterwards anyways.

Is it really that much harder to add a one sentence line to give context to something? I mean realistically, you don’t play this game because you like asteroids or Xcom, because you’d play superior versions of them.
you play this game because of the characters and the sex, preferably together.
The issue here being, the Pandora scenes mean about as much to me as someone separately using the SFM to make porn. That’s all fine and great, but it feels like they aren’t playing to their strengths. I honestly agree with what one person said earlier, I’d have been much happier with a movie version of this, especially since they wouldn’t have to waste so many resources on a budget version of better games. That’s not what we are here for.

just noting that there are now descriptions for each Pandora scene when you hover over them to unlock them, so they’ve done that at least.

I mean if you skipped all the dialogue and cutscenes I imagine most games would boil down to 20 minute sections of gameplay

the side quests give the largest amount of XP and Devotion, so they are worth something.

If they want the game to be more successful, I'm specifically looking at improving that "mixed" steam rating, they will have to do a decent rework of pandora/sex scenes. Across the board, the game is criticised for how the porn is presented. I like the game in general overall, those cinematics and cutscenes are the best you'll see in a porn game and the pandora scenes are enough for me right now.

It's clearly not meeting expectations of the customers. More of the same is not the right direction to change anyone's minds or convince prospective customers

Subverting expectations now and planning DLC to add what the customers actually wanted from the start is just a recipe for even more scathing online criticism and distrust in the studio. However, I'm hoping for DLC/additional content eventually because I really want more of this game
